So the judge ordered them to seek court-mandated therapy. This is when Brock tells Reba that he had to marry a woman named Barbara Jean (Brock's dental hygienist), because he ended up getting her pregnant. Brock and Reba's divorce was finalized in 2001. Shortly thereafter, in that same year, Brock and Barbara Jean (a.k.a BJ) got married.

Brock was an assistant coach for the football team at his oldest daughter's high school. Brock's daughter Cheyenne ended up also pregnant by her boyfriend Van Montgomery when they were just 17-years-old. Cheyenne and Van had a short engagement as they got married that weekend.

At the end of season 1 Brock went camping with his buddy Ralph (who is also a dentist), while Barbara Jean was pregnant. When everyone thought Cheyenne was in labor, they rushed her to the hospital, but it turned out to be a false labor. That's when BJ went into labor after her water broke. Brock was still camping and didn't know what was going on. Reba went to where he was camping and told him. Unfortunately, they did not make it back in time before Barbara Jean gave birth to her and Brock's son Henry Charles Jesus Hart.

Brock quit being an assistant football coach when Cheyenne and Van graduated.

Brock is a dentist and also has a obsession for golf.

In 2003, in Terry Holliway (episode), Reba and Brock got a letter from Terry's brother Mike inviting them back to the bar where they worked for a party. That's when Mike gave the news to Brock and Reba that Terry had died the week before. No one knows what Terry died of, only that he was very sick. At the end of the episode, Reba got up on stage with the band and sang "So Far Away" that she dedicated to Terry.
