About Chip
Chip was Kyra's boyfriend for some time, before she broke up with him. He has hair that covers his entire face, and he does not talk because, according to Kyra, he is shy. Because of his looks, Reba is suspicious of him and unsure of letting him stay with Kyra unsupervised, though she eventually consents. Jake later tells Reba that they had been upstairs. Though Kyra insists that she didn't, Reba grounds her and forbids her from seeing Chip again. Reba later finds out that Jake had lied simply to get back at Kyra for calling him a crybaby.
